Do I need to be at home during the cleaning of my garage?

No, you personally do not have to be at home during the time of cleaning however, someone over the age of 18 needs to be present during the entire time we are cleaning the garage.

How long does it usually take to clean the garage?

Generally speaking, 90 minutes for 1 car garage, 150 minutes for 2 car garage, 240 minutes for 3 car garage.

Does weCleanGarages.com haul the trash away?

Unfortunately, we do not haul the trash to the dump; the best we are able to provide is trash to the curb or on the side of your residence.

Is it necessary to enter into the residence?

No, we do not need access to the interior of your residence only full access to the garage.

Is this service offered anytime?

Generally speaking we are available seven days a week by appointment only (excluding major holidays).

How many trash bags are included in the cleaning for debris removal?

1 car garage = 15 contractor bags max. 2 car garage = 25 contractor bags max. 3 car garage = 35 contractor bags max

What happens if more contractor trash bags are needed to complete the clean out?

You can purchase additional bags from weCleanGarages.com on site for an additional $2.00 each bag.

Do I need to secure my pets and children during the clean out?

Yes, for the safety of all parties please make the necessary accommodations in advance.

Does weCleanGarages.com offer referral discounts?

Yes, we offer gift cards from various vendors around the country for each confirmed appointment we secure based solely on your recommendation.

What happens if I have a non working vehicle in the garage at the time of clean up?

Due to insurance requirements, the best we can offer is to roll the vehicle into the driveway out of the way, one time only, max of 100 feet.

What types of payment do weCleanGarages.com accept for services rendered?

We accept cash, money order, Visa, Amex, Master Card, Discover and debit cards via a mobile payment system at the time of completion.

Is this a contract type of service?

No, we only come and perform our services when you call us.

What happens if I need to cancel the appointment?

No charge with a minimum of 48 hours advance notice, if not a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply.

What happens if it is raining/snowing?

Provided safety is not an issue we will proceed as planned. If, so we will attempt to ride out the weather issues and/or reschedule for another date that is suitable to the customer.
